JORI International Refund Policy

  1. Credit** will apply when there is a failure to meet JORI service standards.  
  2. Freight refunds** will be issued on cancelled orders when JORI is notified one complete business day prior to shipping.
  3. Customs brokerage refunds** will be issued on cancelled orders when notified one complete business day prior to customs release.

** Credit applies to service fees only.

** Refunds does not apply to incurred expenses
